Amazing Banana Snog Protein Shake
My post workout Banana Snog Protein Shake Recipe: (best shake ever!!!)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup soy or skim milk
- 1 tbsp plain greek yogurt
- 1 whole banana
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon (or more/less to taste)
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg (or more/less to taste)
- 4-5 ice cubes
Blend everything together and enjoy your snog!
